1. Orders
All products are handmade and made-to-order. Minor variations in color, texture, or finish do not constitute a defect.
Orders are final once payment is confirmed.
We reserve the right to cancel an order in case of fraud, stock issues, or pricing errors.
Prices are in EUR (€).

2. Shipping

Estimated delivery: France [2–5 days], EU [5–10 days], International [10–20 days]

Customers are responsible for customs fees for international orders
Risk transfers to the customer upon delivery
3. Returns & Refunds
Made-to-order and personalized items cannot be returned (Art. L221-28 French Consumer Code).
Returns are accepted only if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Claims must be made within 48 hours of delivery via email: blueandoff@gmail.com with order number + photos.
Approved returns must be unused, in original condition, with original packaging.
Refunds (if approved) are issued to the original payment method within 14 days.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is defective.
4. Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the order.
We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.
5. Mediation
In accordance with Article L612-1 of the French Consumer Code, in the event of a dispute that has not been resolved directly with the company, the consumer has the right to have recourse, free of charge, to a consumer mediator for the amicable resolution of the dispute.
The company will provide the contact details of the designated consumer mediator upon request, once affiliated with an approved mediation scheme.
6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law.
In the absence of amicable resolution, any dispute relating to the interpretation, validity or execution of these Terms and Conditions shall be submitted to the competent French courts.
